I have not received my booking confirmation, what should I do?

The booking confirmation is sent to the email address you used when booking the trip – please make sure that it is correct. Sometimes emails may also end up in the “spam” folder, so please check there as well.

The tickets (which you can find under the “My Holidays” tab) must be available to you, in digital or physical form, during your trip.

If you have purchased transfer, it is especially important that you review the information stated on your ticket.

If you have not received a booking confirmation at the time of booking, despite checking, you should contact us immediately.
