How does the transfer work?

Transfer is not included in the base price of the trip but can be purchased as an add-on at many of our destinations when you book your trip. If you wish to arrange a transfer, it is important to add this during the booking process. Booking or purchasing a transfer afterward requires a lot of manual work and incurs additional costs.

Please check the information on your transfer ticket, which is available in your account along with your other travel documents. Your transfer ticket includes either a QR code or a link where you can find detailed information about pickup for both departure and return, as well as contact details for the transfer company.

Your transfer will be waiting for you upon arrival at your destination (the time stated on your ticket is your flight time and NOT your transfer pickup time). The price includes transfers for both arrival and return.

The pickup time is updated no earlier than 24 hours before your return departure, so it is important to check the link/QR code and confirm the pickup time.

If any issues arise and your transfer is not available, please visit the information desk available at some destinations and/or contact the local phone number provided on your transfer ticket.

If, under unforeseen circumstances, you choose to take a taxi to/from the hotel, please keep the receipt and contact us via our contact form so we can investigate what may have gone wrong.

Often, different options for transfers are offered. The most common are:

  1. Shuttle bus/Shared transfer:
In this option, transportation is shared with other passengers, and the size of the bus is adjusted according to the number of arriving travelers and their selected hotels. This means that the bus may stop at multiple hotels. This is usually the most affordable option, and the price is stated per person.

Please note:
At some hotels, access may be limited, meaning that the transfer bus may not always be able to drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. In such cases, the bus will stop at the nearest accessible location, which may require a short walk to the hotel.

  1. Taxi transfer:
This is a private transfer for you and your travel companions. This option is usually slightly more expensive but ensures a direct and quick journey to your hotel. The price is stated per person, and taxi companies generally accept up to four passengers per vehicle.

Arrival at the airport:
At most destinations, a representative will meet you as you exit the arrivals hall. This person will hold a sign with your name or the name of the travel organizer. At some destinations, you will need to go to an office in or near the arrivals hall. Information about the exact procedure for your destination is provided on your transfer ticket.

We use a highly modern system where most of the process is automated. Therefore, last-minute bookings require additional administrative work, which does not align with our modern model, where we aim to be extremely cost-efficient and thus save you money. We consider the option to book a transfer as a service provided at net price. Therefore, an administrative fee is charged for manual transfer bookings made after the initial reservation.
