The airports offer different kinds of assistance to passengers with disabilities (reduced mobility due to any kind of physical disability, psychological disability, reduced psychological functions or age and which situationally demands appropriate attention and adaption to specific needs).
Give us this information when you book the trip or when your travel date is near. As your travel agent, we will forward this information to the airline, which in turn will order this service from the airport. The airline has to order the assistance at least 72 hours before departure so keep in mind that you have to give us this information as soon as possible after your booking is made.
