The cancellation of a trip must always be done in writing (use our contact formula) and immediately after the reasons for not travelling have arisen. When cancelling travel outside our opening hours, always contact the airline and/or hotel directly. Then inform us via email what measures you have taken.
Hotel cancellation (hotel only on your reservation)
The rules for the cancellation, change and refund of a hotel vary for different hotels and seasons.
If you do not cancel before departure, you cannot get a refund. Before booking, check the regulations for the hotels you are interested in. Our regulations may differ from those hotels.
Cancellation of hotel + flight
Usually, the airfare is NOT refundable. In some cases, all or part of the hotel booking can be refunded. This depends on how far in advance the cancellation takes place, as well as on the season. Contact us immediately when a reason for a possible cancellation occurs to know the conditions for a specific travel.
In cases when a refund can be made after cancellation or change, we charge an administrative fee in addition to the cost charged by the airline and/or hotel. The fee is always at least GBP 40 per person. The trip must always be cancelled before departure in order for any refund to be granted.
Trip cancellation insurance
In order to avoid high cancellation costs in connection with illness or serious verifiable reasons for not being able to travel, we recommend that you purchase a separate trip cancellation insurance..
Rebooking! Typically, the trips cannot be rebooked. Although in some cases, changes can be made to the hotel booking. Contact us with your request.
In the case of name changes, different rules apply at the airlines and only a few companies accept name changes (always with a fee). Contact us and we will help you to check whether a name change is possible. If you wish to make an amendment, we charge a fixed administrative fee of GBP 40 in addition to the airline's fee. Note: It is important that you always double-check the names, so they comply with the passport before you make your reservation and a binding purchase.
