Cancellation
Cancellation of a trip can be made at a cost in accordance with the Package Travel Act and the trip's terms and conditions. It must always be done via the contact form to us immediately after an obstacle has arisen. If you need to cancel outside our opening hours, always contact the airline and/or hotel directly. Then inform us via the contact form about the actions you have taken.
Cancellation Protection
To avoid high cancellation costs in case of illness or a serious verifiable obstacle, we recommend purchasing separate cancellation protection. Read more about cancellation protection here.
Administrative Fee
In case of cancellation/modification, we charge an administrative fee in addition to the costs imposed by the airline and/or hotel. The trip must always be canceled before departure for any refund to be granted.
Rebooking
Booked trips cannot be rebooked unless the product "Flexible Rebooking" has been purchased. Flexible Rebooking is available for certain packages/destinations depending on their configuration and is displayed in the booking process as an additional option.
Name Change
Contact us, and we will help you check if a name change is possible. If it is possible and you wish to proceed with the change, we charge a fixed administrative fee in addition to the airline's fee.
Note! It is very important that you always double-check the names to ensure they match the passport before completing your booking and binding purchase.
