I want to upgrade my hotel booking. How do I do this?

Contact us with your reference number as well as what you want to upgrade. We will check if it is possible, and if so, we will send you the price. Note: We never upgrade before the customer has confirmed the new price (the balance left). A fixed administrative fee of GBP 40 will be added.

A manual invoice will be sent out to you, and when the invoice has been paid, your booking will be upgraded and your tickets will be updated.
