Your package trip has a common reference number that applies to the entire booking with us. It usually consists of two letters and six digits. You can find the reference number:

in the confirmation email you received after completing the booking

in your travel overview under Your booking
This reference number is used when you contact us.
In your travel documents, you will also find separate reference numbers for the different parts of your trip, such as flight, hotel, and transfer. These are used, for example:

on the airline’s website

at check-in

at the hotel or with the transfer provider
We recommend that you read through your travel documents carefully to find the correct reference number for each part of your trip.
