This could be due to a spelling error made when typing your email address, causing the booking confirmation not to reach you.
Sometimes the email ends up in the spam folder, so please have a look there.
The tickets (found under "Your booking") must be printed and brought with you on your trip. If you have added a transfer, it is also important to take part of the information printed on your ticket.
If you have not received a booking confirmation in conjunction with your booking or didn't find it despite your searches, please make sure to contact us immediately.
