The booking confirmation is sent to the email address you used when booking the trip – please check that it is correct. Sometimes, emails may end up in the "spam" folder, so be sure to check there as well.
The tickets (which you can find under the "Your Booking" tab) must be available to you, either digitally or in physical form, during your trip. If you have purchased a transfer, it is especially important to read the information on your ticket.
If you have not received a booking confirmation at the time of booking, despite your searches, please contact us immediately.
