Once you have booked your trip, you will receive an email from us as a booking confirmation. This is not your ticket. Read your email carefully. You will find your ticket under the tab "My bookings".
It is important that the email address corresponds with the one you booked your trip with. Sometimes you can type a wrong email address or spell it wrong. In this case, you should contact our customer service and we will correct this in our system.
You access your travel documents directly through "My bookings". Log in with the email address you used when booking and the booking reference on the booking confirmation.
Once you have access to your bookings, you also have access to all travel documents, the hotel voucher(s), the flight ticket(s) (if you bought a package vacation) and the transfer ticket(s) (if you added transfer). You will need to print these & bring them with you on the trip.
We do not send tickets via mail or directly to your email address.
