I cannot log in to my account. What should I do?

It is important that the e-mail address corresponds to the one you booked your trip with. In case you typed in the wrong e-mail address or spelt it wrong, you should contact our customer service and we will rectify this in our system..

You have two options to access your travel documents:

1. Log in to your account by typing in your email address (the one you booked your trip with) and your booking number/reference with us (see booking confirmation).

2. Create an account and fill in your data, your email address and an optional password with at least six characters. You will then be directed on your account, and you will have access to your travel documents.

In case you have forgotten your password, click on "have you forgotten or lost your password" and follow the instructions to create a new password. An email will be sent to your email address.
