I cannot log in to "Your booking". What should I do?

It is important that the e-mail address corresponds to the one you booked your trip with. In case you typed in the wrong e-mail address or spelt it wrong, you should contact our customer service and we will rectify this in our system..

To access your travel documents:

 Log in to "Your booking" by typing in your email address (the one you used when booked your trip) and your booking number/reference with us (see booking confirmation).
